ViX Paula Hermanny accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit and feel of your luxury swimwear and resort wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sanitary liners and designer hangtags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
